How do I place different order types such as OCO orders, Stop Orders, Limit Orders and Market orders?

I’m unable to execute orders

My account status say ‘Closed Position Only’

The time on my orders shows different but is executed in real-time

When flatting, it says “Insufficient Buying Power or Account Balance” mean?
